You can purchase additional books at initial sign up or once you have completed all 52 questions. Additional books cost £26 each. There is no extra shipping cost for additional books.

Carefully review your book interior and cover before ordering as we cannot amend the design or reprint any errors.

Our questions are tailored appropriately to your child’s age. We have 5 age categories to choose from:

(0-2)
(2-4)
(4-8)
(8-12)
(12-18)

If your child is on the cusp of an age band we recommend choosing the older age category to make sure the questions are relevant for the full year.

We would love to help you capture memories for all of your children! A single membership includes 52 age-tailored questions for one child.

If you wish to capture your memories for additional children you will need an additional membership for each child. This can be selected at checkout. The questions will be tailored to each child’s age and you will have separate question portals for each child.

Books are printed separately for each membership and you can customise individual covers with colours, names and titles.

When purchasing Little Life Stories as a gift select ‘someone else’ when asked who will be answering the questions.

1. Fill out the recipient’s name and email address, and the name of their child.
2. Select the appropriate question age category for the child.
3. Choose the date you want the gift email to be sent and include a personal message on the email. Gift emails are usually sent in the morning of the date you select.

The gift email will include a full description of the memory journaling service and a ‘how it works’ guide.

If you wish to gift a Little Life Stories membership to multiple children of the same recipients please make sure to purchase multiple memberships. 1 membership = 1 book for 1 child.

We source quality materials for the interior and exterior of your book to honour the memories within. The book dimensions are A5 (similar to a reading book or standard journal size).

The font is Lora in size 11. We do not support any formatting such as italics, bold or underline. Text is printed in black.

Your book can include 1 photo per question (52 in total) which are printed in colour.

The covers are hardback and we have several professionally designed covers to choose from. All covers can be personalised with colour, names and titles.

Yes, you can include 1 photo with each question. Photos can be uploaded, removed and replaced directly to your portal at any time.

Photos will be printed in colour. We support standard photo formats such as JPEG and PNG (Not PDF).

Our questions have been thoughtfully crafted to capture all elements of your child’s personality, but if you’re not inspired by your weekly question you can select a new one from our extensive question library.

You can choose a new question from your weekly email or via your question portal. Your new question will be available in your portal to answer.

You can spend as much or as little time answering your questions as you like.

If you miss a weekly question you can catch up at any time.

We will always send you your weekly question even if your previous question has not been answered.

All questions will be available from your portal and you can edit previous answers at any time.

We recommend writing 250-700 words for each answer.

500 words per question is roughly 2 sides of A5.

Adding a photo per answer is roughly a 160-200 page book.

We offer international shipping. For the UK, US and Canada and Mainland Europe the shipping cost is already included in your membership.

Customers from other countries will incur a shipping fee of £10 (subject to change) per membership, paid at the time of ordering your completed book.

There is no extra shipping cost for additional copies of your book.

No, we will print your book with your stories exactly as you have written them. Please make sure to carefully check your answers as we will not be able to reprint any errors.

Yes! We will only print your book once you are completely happy with the stories within. If you remember something new, want to edit a previous answer or write a new answer entirely, you can do this from your question portal at any time.

To edit your answers:
1. Go to your account
2. Click on the question you want to edit
3. You’ll see an option to edit answer (don’t forget to click save!)

Currently our questions are only written in English.

However, you can answer in whatever language you like. We will print exactly what is written in your portal.

It’s pretty simple! We have a number of parents doing exactly this.

Purchase one membership relevant to their current age and answer your weekly question with ‘real time’ memories.

Purchase another membership to be retrospective memory focused, this can be within the same age category as your ‘real time’ memories or a younger age category. For this membership you can answer your weekly question with your retrospective memories.

You may want to give your memberships different names, particularly if they are both within the same age category. E.G ‘Baby James’ and ‘James’.

It is very simple to switch between memberships in your portal and all your memberships are labeled with the corresponding age category.

You will receive 1 weekly question email per membership (which you can change to an alternative question if you wish).

For each membership you will receive a separate final book.

We do e-vouchers which are perfect if you don’t know the baby’s name yet.

Yes you can! You can have as many memberships as you want connected to the same account.

Any memberships purchased with the same email address will all be connected (email needs to be the same in the ‘Your info’ section of the checkout).

They can be for multiple children, or different age categories for the same child. In your portal it’s really simple to switch between them.

Currently questions can only be sent once a week. However, increasing the frequency / answering all at once is the top update we’re working on, hoping to be rolled out towards the end of summer.

If you’re hoping to complete your book at a faster pace we’d recommend getting started with your membership now so you don’t forget any lovely memories, then speeding up as soon as this functionality is available.

If you don’t love your Little Life Stories experience you are able to request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing. Printed books cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The questions for all age categories are designed to be relevant and inclusive of all family dynamics, and are predominantly focused on the child themselves.

Once you have received all 52 questions and marked them all as ‘completed’ in your portal, you will be able to design and order your book!
